My Problem
My ipod battery could not hold its charge completely.
My Fix
Very easy. It took about 10 minutes. The tools provided are not very hard plastic so I guess thats why ifixit sends 2. Had to use a guitar pick to open the ipod case.
My Advice
Be careful with the battery connector lock. Its really delicate. When pulling it up I broke one little bit of it. Fortunately the lock still presses on the conector and everything works perfectly.
