My Problem

Laptop randomly stopped working. Pulled up that folder with a question mark. I was going to bring it up to Apple but I'm sure it would've cost so much more so I did my own little research. I was afraid it was my hard drive but thankfully it was just the cable and I didn't lose any of my stuff.

My Fix

Easy repair. The steps on here say to detach the battery power just incase but I didn't since people were having problems afterwards. Worked just fine and I did not electrocute myself in the process. Whole process took only about 5 minutes. The dang little screws was the toughest part.

My Advice

I am really not a techy kind of gal, but I managed to do this on my own. So pretty much anyone can do it!
