My Problem
Well, they learned that the protective case actually does serve a purpose. After taking it off and then dropping the Ipod, it was in need of a new screen.
My Fix
Repair went very well. Unit works fine. Better than expected. Thank you so much.
My Advice
Add some additional pictures and advice on using the adhesive strips and placing them. This took the most time and was the most confusing. Otherwise, great experience.
