My Problem
Screen was cracked in 2 places. Decided it needed to be repaired.
My Fix
Repair was relatively easy using the guide/video on IFixIt. Took probably 30 minutes total. Had an issue when I put it all back together where something was pushing against the back of the screen, causing a little discoloration. Took the phone back apart and flattened the trouble spot a little more. Display was as good as knew when I put it back together.
