Macbook pro fan replacement

My Problem

One of the two fans was bad and making a grinding noise

My Fix

The repair was easy and the part provided was excellent.

My Advice

This was a straight forward repair. Just remove the top and replace the fans. I actually used the instructions from ifixit to do the work.
