My Problem
The track pad stopped working. It wouldn't respond to clicks.
My Fix
The repair was straight forward until I got to the 1.2 mm set screw. It would not go into the hole. I applied too much pressure and it went in at a bad angle. The new track pad works but I don't have the "Apple" click.
My Advice
Be careful installing the set screw. If I could do it again I wouldn't have removed the old set screw. Thanks for your help and guides. They were great.
