My Problem
Macbook wouldn't run on ac power or charge battery and Apple wouldn't fix it because it is "vintage".They sent me to Microcenter saying they could do the repair.Then Microcenter tells me that Apple won't let them fix it and they have to send it to California for $300.00!!!I told them they were were crazy and fixed it myself- for under $30.00 - thanks to ifixit!
My Fix
The repair went perfectly!I've never fixed any electronics in my life and your instructions were perfect down to the last detail and very easy to follow.Nothing went wrong and it worked!
My Advice
Fix it yourself with ifixit! This repair is real easy to do - just follow the great instructions.
