Mid 2010 macbook pro track pad

My Problem

track pad was jumping.

My Fix

I absolutely love the ifixit tutorials! They didn't have the tutorial for the mid 2010 model but I was able to use both the Early 2009 and 2011 tutorials together to do the job. Just went slow following each step carefully and had no problems at all. Felt like a doctor coming out of surgery when I was done.

My Advice

The screws holding on the track pad are the smallest Be careful not to drop one.
