I was able to replace my iphone battery in about 30 minutes. Thanks iFixit!

My Problem

My battery was shutting down the phone in the middle of things when I still had 40% capacity or more.

My Fix

According to plan except that the front cover came off in one quick pull. Luckily I did not damage the ribbon cables.

My Advice

I was a bit confused about the tiny ribbon cables. Finally I was able to see that they are layered on top of one another. Overall the repair was simple even though the parts are quite tiny.
