My Problem

There was a hairline crack across the digitizer.

My Fix

My Problem

This iPad had a cracked screen.

My Fix

This repair took about 1.5 - 2 hours.

Single crack running across the length of the iPad

My Fix

Slow going getting the screen off, but the replacement was lightning fast.

My Problem

Screen was shattered due to 2 year old interference

My Fix

Removal was awful. Had to get out an exacto knife and intentionally break the entire screen down to rice grain sized pieces. Glass everywhere. No fault of the replacement kit, but the screen removal steps were of minimal use

Install was simple and . . .

My Problem

The entire screen was completely crushed

My Fix

Slowly because glass shards. But successful

My Advice

Can't use regular tape, need postage tape to put on broken screen. Other tape won't allow the suction cup to grip. I couldn't get the home button to work so I went to assess ability in the iPad settings and put a virt . . .

My Problem

Shattered iPad touch screen.

My Fix

It went well. I took some time, went slow.

My Advice

I used a hair dryer to heat up the adhesive along the edge instead of the supplied heating pad.
