Test the IPad once the new front panel is connected to the device before you remove the adhesive strips from the back of the new front panel. I usually test the touch, wifi, vo . . .

Taking off the the original display is a pain as usual. There's glass everywhere and me wishing I had one of those fancy iFixit Tool Kits.
