My Problem

Broken hard disk, the apple guys wanted a week and far too much money to replace it

My Fix

Very easy, took around 15 mins, with the Essential Electronics Toolkit and the heavy duty suction cups, it was easy

My Advice

Get someone to hold the LCD panel, that way you only have to disconnect one small cable, while swappin . . .

My Battery had expanded and cracked the Trackpad. I also replaced the battery during this repair.

The repair went really well, and the guide was very easy to follow.
