My Problem

I have concrete floors, and the laptop had a bad experience meeting them once.

My Fix

Couldn't have gone smoother. I've worked on many Apple products over the years, various iPhones, and laptops but I was still slightly intimidated. The instructions are excellent, as always, and the repair job was actually . . .

My Problem

My LCD was broken.

My Fix

It went well and I didn't have any issues. I took some extra time to make everything slowly and don't try to rush it if you do it for the first time.

My Problem

Screen cracked by closing lid on charge cord and cat stepped on it.
