My Problem

I was using the notebook in the sofa and left it on the sofa arm. When I threw myself in the sofa while seating, the notebook jumped and hit the floor while the screen was open, creating a strip of dead pixels of 5 centimeters on the left side.

Repair went fine. Previous experience with iphone repair helped.

My Advice

Remember to blow out some dust from the inside of the laptop as well while you're in there.
