the package arrived, i opened it up took it out of the package, popped the old one off and snapped the new one on, and cant tell the difference, and now im not embarrassed about my elite con . . .
Got a new puppy and he's good at jumping chewed all the plastic off my Xbox one elite controller
IFixit had the parts no one else had and they fit like a glove.
