My iPhone 5S earpiece,Microphone & Headset jack not Working after ios 8.1.2 update...

Whatall i did:

Replaced Charging port attached with microphone & Headphone jack

Replaced Earpiece attached with proximity sensor cable

Replaced Earpiece Speaker

but still it continues to be same...

iPhone was charging good & loudspeaker works fine before & after replacemet

cant find whats the problem....

somebody please help me
