We are the world's foremost experts on Apple repair, and we've set the gold-standard for online repair documentation. We have already helped millions of people fix their own devices, and we plan to help tens of millions more.
We're looking for someone to help us both develop and support our larger customer accounts. Although we aim to always provide excellent service to all customers, you'll be able to extend a personal touch to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our large accounts. These customers are located all over the world and include repair shops, schools, businesses and government agencies. You should delight in spotting opportunities to help them repair hardware and solve problems, and not be afraid to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Applicants should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as you will be emailing and calling people constantly. Applicants should also have some sales experience. Experience with electronics repair is a plus, especially if it’s with mobile devices. You must be able to manage your time efficiently and operate with minimal supervision.
This position is available immediately at our San Luis Obispo, CA headquarters. This is a full time position. Compensation will depend on experience. iFixit offers many benefits to all full-time employees including health, massages, and delicious cookies.
