Introduction

Deine Maschine schleudert nicht mehr richtig und deine Wäsche ist noch nass?

Die Maschine zeigt die Meldung "grosse Unwucht - Schleudern verlängert" an?

Dann ist vermutlich das automatische Auswuchtsystem VAS (Vibration Absorbing System) verstopft (Kalk, Schmutz).

Wenn die Adora SL Waschmaschinen von V-Zug beim Schleudern eine Unwucht feststellen, dann gleichen sie diese aus, indem sie Wasser in einen der 3 Mitnehmerstege der Waschtrommel pumpen:

Wenn dieses System versagt, dann kann die Maschine nur noch mit sehr tiefen Drehzahlen schleudern und die Wäsche bleibt nass.

Dafür kommen 2 verschiedene Ursachen in Frage:

# Die Wasserzuführung ist verkalkt --> Wasser fliesst nur noch schlecht oder gar nicht mehr ''in die Mitnehmerstege der Trommel hinein''
# Die Kanäle in den Mitnehmerstegen der Trommel sind verkalkt --> Wasser fliesst nur noch schlecht ''aus den'' ''Mitnehmerstegen der Trommel hinaus''
TEIL 1 der Anleitung beschreibt, wie die Wasserzuführung entkalkt wird.

TEIL 2 der Anleitung beschreibt, wie die Mitnehrmerstege der Trommel zu entkalken sind, was sehr viel zeitintensiver ist.

Introduction

Your machine is no longer spinning properly and your laundry is still wet?

The machine displays the message "heavy imbalance - spinning extended"?

Then the automatic balancing system VAS (Vibration Absorbing System) is probably clogged (limescale, dirt).

If the Adora SL washing machines from V-Zug detect an imbalance during spinning, they compensate this by pumping water into one of the 3 vanes of the washing drum:

If the Vibration Absorbing System fails, the machine can only spin at very low speeds and the laundry remains wet.

There are two possible causes for this:

1. The water supply is calcified --> water only flows poorly or not at all "into the drum's vanes"
2. The channels in the drum's vanes are calcified --> water only flows poorly "out of the drum's vanes"
PART 1 of the instructions describes how to descale the water supply.

PART 2 of the instructions describes how to descale the drum's vanes, which is much more time-consuming.

Guide Steps

Step 1 — Tools needed:

You need a tray with a capacity of 2..3 liters that fits under the residual water drain. I used a Plexiglas tray that I sawed out to a height of 5cm for the drain nozzle

Step 2 — Part 1: Water distribution

In the first part, the water distribution is descaled so that the water can flow freely into the drum's vanes

Step 3 — Turn off the power and water supply

Unplug the power cord

Step 4 — Open the case

Remove the two Torx screws on the back

Step 5 — Remove front panel

Fold up the control unit and remove the two screws

Step 6 — Remove water hose

Remove the hose cover on the back by loosening 1 screw and carefully unlatching the 4 plastic hooks

Step 7 — Mark and unplug cables and hoses

Unplug the three black hoses that go vertically downwards from the detergent supply. ATTENTION: Be sure to label them with 0, 1 and 2 before, as it is printed on the white plastic. If you swap these hoses, the machine will no longer work afterwards!

Step 8 — Remove water distribution

Remove the 4 marked screws with which the water distribution is attached from the front

Step 9 — Open the water/detergent supply and decalcify it

Open the detergent supply by carefully loosening the 6 hooks

Step 10 — Part 1: Decalcify the 3 vanes

In the second part of this instruction, the channels in the drum's vanes are decalcified so that the water can flow freely out of the vanes again

Step 11 — Prepare the drum

First we have to find out which of the three black hoses is connected to which vane

Step 12 — Find out the assignment of the vanes

Put the funnel in the black hose that you had previously marked with the number 2

Step 13 — Assign the remainig vanes

Repeat the previous step two times with hoses 0 and 1 and label the vanes accordingly

Step 14 — Empty the vanes

Make sure that all 3 vanes are completely emptied by setting them to 12 o'clock

Step 15 — Decalcify the 3 vanes

For example, place the funnel in hose number 0 and turn the drum so that vane number 0 is at the bottom (6 o'clock)

Step 16 — Decalcify the other vanes

After you have decalcified the first vane, you can set the vane to 12 o'clock and drain the descaler to the tub
