    Der Getriebemotor kann im Laufe der Zeit kaputt gehen. Ein häufiger Fehler ist, dass eines der Befestigungsaugen ausreißt. Die Maschine rattert dann nur noch laut. Der Motor muss dann komplett ausgewechselt werden.
    ***Hinweis***: in der Zwischenzeit gibt es von dritter Seite, z.B. [link|https://www.new-kaffeevollautomaten.de/473/Antrieb-Haltebuegel-zur-Reparatur-Jura-Getriebemotor-im-Kaffeevollautomat|hier|new_window=true], einen Haltebügel, der den Motor wieder befestigt. Er ist leicht anzubringen und hält den Motor wieder gut fest. Das spart viel Geld und Ressourcen, sehr empfehlenswert. Beachte nur, dass ***beide*** Messingscheiben vorhanden sein müssen, damit der Bügel gut sitzt.
    Nutze die Gelegenheit, um auch gleich noch die Brühgruppe und das Drainageventil zu revidieren!

      Step 1

      The gear motor is located behind the electronics box. First this path has to be cleared.

      Step 2

      The motor is attached with two Torx T20 screws. Remove those. The screws are fastened with some threadlocker. Use this for the re-assembly as well.

      Step 3

      The error is clearly visible: the fastening eyelet has torn out.

      Step 4

      Detach the bracket from the encoder and remove the encoder.
