How easy to replace the HP PAVILION DM4-3050US Laptop screen

What you need

Step 1 Laptop screen

replace the HP DM4-3050US Laptop screen, Laptop screen: step 1, image 1 of 1

Turn off computer and remove the battery in the back side

Step 2

Remove screw covers in both sides with the knife

Step 3

Screw cover removed

Step 4

Open screws for both sides

Step 5

Use guitar pick to unclip the screen bezel

Step 6

Use guitar pick to unclip the screen bezel

Step 7

Remove the bezel

Step 8

Remove 4 screws of screen holder

Step 9

Remove screen from back panel and lay it on the keyboard

Step 10

Use the tweezer to remove the tape and then disconnect the cable

Step 11

Place the new screen on the keyboard and connect cable

Step 12
