iDevices iGrill Speaker Replacement

Introduction

There is a small diaphragm within the device that functions as the speaker for the audio alarm. This guide contains information on how to replace it.

What you need

  1. iDevices iGrill Speaker Replacement, Speaker: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Remove the plastic cover from the back of the device.

    • Remove the batteries from their positions within the device.

    • Remove five black 10 mm Phillips #0 screws from the back side of the device.

    • Remove two silver-colored 5 mm Phillips from the left side of the internal cover.

    • Separate the back cover from the main portion of the device.

    • Desolder the speaker wires from the motherboard.
