Step 1 — Select Apps ¶
The Apps icon is usually on your phone's main page.
Step 2 — Select Settings ¶
You will probably have several pages of apps. The default ones come first, ordered alphabetically.
Step 3 — Select General management ¶
You may have to scroll down to find this entry.
Step 4 — Select Reset ¶
You can safely select this without endangering your data - more options are ahead.
Step 5 — Select Factory data reset ¶
Please note that there is no going back from this. Make sure you've saved anything you might want before performing the reset.
