Editing Step 5 —
Separate the volume button cable

Step Type:

Drag to rearrange

The volume button cable is lightly adhered to the left inner hinge cover.

Insert one arm of your tweezers between the volume button cable and the hinge cover.

Pry away from the hinge cover to separate the adhesive.
