Pry up the heatsink

Step Type:

Don't pry against the motherboard or any cables.

Use the flat end of your spudger to pry up the heatsink until it separates from the motherboard at the following locations:

Between the bottom left corner of the left metal plate and the SSD

The right edge of the right metal plate

The top edge of the right metal plate, above the copper pipes
