Remove the hard drive by inserting your finger under the highlighted area, then pushing up then pulling left to remove the drive.

Remove the adapter from the drive, then insert the new drive into the adapter.

To insert the new drive, gently place it into the enclosure for the hard drive and push carefully into the SATA slot.
