[* icon_note] The original RAM module closer to the logic board has a thermal pad adhered to its top side (facing away from the logic board, between the two DIMMs).
[* black] PeelIf you are replacing the RAM sticks, peel off and transfer the thermal pad from the original RAM stick to your replacement RAM before you install it in the lower slot. If not, leave the thermal pad on the RAM stick.
