-[* black] Bring the front wheel into the right position between the dropouts and slide the axle with open quick-release lever from the left side through the drop-out and the hub.
-[* black] As soon as the axle thread engages with the thread of the right fork leg, close it by turning clockwise. Tighten the axle a little and then release it by about a third of a turn.
-[* black] If the lever cannot be closed completely, re-open it and turn the axle a little anti clockwise.
- [* icon_caution] In its end position the quick-release lever should be tight so that it can no longer be turned. The best closing position is in nearly upright position in front of the lower fork leg.
+[* black] Slide the axle in from the right hand side with the quick-release lever opened.
+[* black] As soon as the axle thread engages with the thread of the left fork leg, close it by turning clockwise. Now go back a third of a turn and then close the lever.
+ [* icon_note] The best closing position is in nearly upright position in front of the lower fork leg. If the lever cannot be closed completely in the correct position (or is too loose), unscrew it, take it out and re-align the axle by pushing down the lever part and turning it against the shaft.
+[* black] In its end position the quick-release lever should be tight so that it can no longer be turned.
