[* black] Slide out the internals from the lower side, it is pretty difficult to do but may be easier to do after removing the LCD. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE RIBBONS THAT CONNECT THE LCD THE BUTTONS AND THE HOLD SWITCH, as these are very easily damaged.
[* black] When removing be very careful not to take pull the battery off of the board when sliding it out, there is a small ribbon wire connecting that as well.
[* black] Unfortunately, just like every other Nano, this iPod wasn't designed with serviceability in mind. Sliding the insides out of the casing proved quite difficult.
[* icon_note] We'll be working on finding a better way to get into this iPod, but for now we'd recommend keeping your new Nano in one piece.
