Step Lines

[* black] Turn the keyboard over, andlaptop back over and open the monitor. With the monitor facing toward you, gently pull up on the keyboard panel from the bottom.
[* black] With the keyboard turned over as pictured, carefully remove its
ribbon cable to disconnect it from the laptop. The cable can be just pulled straight up and out of its connectorconnection port on the logic board.
