[* black] Use a spudger or prying tool to remove the cap on both sides of the headband by applying pressure where the cap meets the band. Next, you will need a Phillips head #00 screwdriver to remove the screws and washer. Twist the screwdriver into the screw and pull it apart from the washer when it becomes loose.
