[* black] Despite the update, the Magic Keyboard remains a tough nut to crack, but the iFixit trifecta of heavy duty suction, isopropyl, and patience pays off.
[* black] The Touch ID key may look like an ordinary keycap—it pretty much is—but the mechanism underneath is more iPhone button than keyboard. No scissor (or butterfly) to be found, just a switch.
[* black] As a matter of fact, this sensor looks nearly identical to the iPhone 7 home button (the last of the mechanical buttons, before Touch ID went haptic).
