[* black] Although the OnePlus Nord does not have an IP rating, seeing those red rubber gaskets around the connectors let us assume it is as water and dust resistant as the OnePlus 8 Pro which is IP68 certified.
[* icon_note] Since certifications cost money, we assume that OnePlus did forgo the official rating and went with their true and tested production to keep a low price tag for the Nord.

graphite foil covering the chips which on their own have thermal paste applied to them. On the opposite site the paste transfers the heat towards a copper element running from the motherboard down along the display behind the cables.
