Introduction
If you have a hole in your sock and want to fix it, this guide will help repair it through a simple method called darning.
Darning a hole in a sock provides a different outcome than simply sewing up the hole. When you darn a sock, it acts as a replacement for the missing fabric. So, if you have suitable thread types, you can create cool patchwork socks.
A darning mushroom is one of the tools listed on the list of tools. These can be found on Amazon or whichever website you use to purchase goods. If you do not have a darning mushroom or wish to avoid purchasing one, substitutes include tennis balls, light bulbs, or, like in my guide, a water bottle. Essentially, you will need an object inside the sock to stretch out the hole.
