Introduction

Use this guide to replace a damaged camera on the Zeki TBQG884B tablet.

  1. Remove the two screws from the end of the device where the ports are located. Remove the two screws from the end of the device where the ports are located.

  4. Separate the back and face plates. Remove any tape on the speaker, and detach the speaker from the back plate.

    • The speaker is connected to the motherboard by two soldered wires. Don't break them when you remove the speaker.

  5. Open the ZIF connector, the black locker part over the wire ribbon in the motherboard, and remove the wire ribbon that connects the motherboard and the camera. The camera is located on the top left, above the motherboard.

    • The camera is usually covered with tape or material. Remove it, and peel the camera off with tweezers for safety.
