Introduction
This is a simple guide to help users replace damaged or missing foam ear pads in their Xbox One Stereo Headset. The replacement should only take a couple of minutes, and only requires a metal spudger and a foam-safe, all purpose adhesive.

There is actually a much easier way to do this. Hold the ear cup in one hand with the plastic side down. Use your other hand to turn the pad counter clockwise until you hear a click. It should move no more than 1/4 of an inch. Now the two parts are separated and you will have access to the back of the large pad to replace the inner one.
