Introduction

The speaker is attached to the motherboard. Thus, after removing the motherboard, the speaker can be replaced.

Place thumb on the indentation located at the top of the battery cover. Press down and gently slide the cover off  the back of the handset. Set the battery cover aside.

Separate the rear casing from the front by running the black spudger along the crevice on the outer edge of the phone.
