  3. Unscrew the singlular screw in plate with a Phillips #1 screwdriver. The screw does not come all the way out of the plastic plating, instead there is a protector that keeps it in place for you even when fully unscrewed.

  4. To remove the RAM sticks, put your thumbs on the metal pins and push outwards. Once pushed outwards, the first RAM stick will pop up at an angle After the RAM is at an angle, you can now remove that stick of RAM and repeat the process to the second stick of RAM.
