    • SOFT RESET

    • You can force your device to shut down in situations where it stops responding or won't restart normally. No settings or personal data get deleted.

    • Micro SD card cover

    • Micro USB connector cover

    • Micro SIM card cover

    • Open the micro SIM card cover and you will see a small red button. Press it and you will feel three vibrations and device will shuts down.

    • FACTORY DATA / HARD RESET

    • Go to Settings > Backup & Reset

    • You have option to backup your data (you must have Google account).

    • After Factory data reset the smartphone will restart.
