Introduction

The user will learn how to locate and remove the mount rubber washer.

Step 1 Mount Rubber Washer

Locate the knobs on either side of the mount screw.

Step 2

Twist the knob so it comes off from the mount.

Step 3

Once you have twisted apart the knobs, the rubber washer should easily fall out of the base.
This component is identical on the other mount, so this guide applies for both mounts.
