What you need

Step 1 Battery

Flip the phone over and take off the back cover
Note: These images do not contain the back cover or battery of the phone.

Use button to remove battery from the phone.

Step 3 SIM Card

Locate SIM card
Slide SIM card down and gently pull out of the card slot

Locate the six (4mm) screws on the back of the phone.
Unscrew all six screws using a Phillips head #000 screwdriver.

Locate volume button.
Starting at the top, pry the back casing of the phone.
Continue prying around the side of the phone. Being careful around the volume button.
