If the phone is regularly losing signal, one possibility is that the antennae is no longer functional and needs to be replaced. The antennae is also fragile and can gather dirt, which may cause it to break. This guide addresses both of these problems.

  • Slide the battery out from the battery compartment on the back of the phone.

  • Unscrew the antenna top.

Image 1/3: Remove the antenna. Image 2/3: Remove the antenna. Image 3/3: Remove the antenna.
  • Clasp the antenna with tweezers and push toward the top.

  • Remove the antenna.
