Introduction

You will be guided through removing the keys on this Samsung laptops keyboard.

  • Locate the unresponsive/sticky key. With the opening tool, begin to lever the key off of the keyboard.

  • Laptop should be powered off when replacing keys!

Image 1/2: Clean the surface under the key with a microfiber cloth if necessary. Image 2/2: Do not apply too much pressure to the keys, as there is a risk of damaging them.
  • Pull up with the opening tool, and the key will unclip from the keyboard.
