Heat the screen, cut the sticker under it and release the screen connector. Please be careful with the screen flex when sliding to cut the sticker.

Get loosen the touch keys from adhesive, and then push the mid-plate out from the middle housing.

Release the connector,loose the assembly from adhesive and remove it finally.
