Introduction
Before any work can be done, on the inside of the phone, we need an access point. This is achieved by removing the rear cover of the phone. This plate protects the battery, media card, and SIM card from being exposed or damaged from common use of the phone.
What you need

To remove the rear cover, locate the tab indicated by the red outline.

Using your fingernail, gently pry the rear cover.
