Introduction

Turn the device over and remove all screws.

Remove the white cover

Remove the inner cover. To do this, carefully loosen the cover and then pull it out to the right so as not to damage the fiber-optic cables.

Disconnect the gearbox from the circuit board and remove it.

Remove the rubber damper.

Heat the upper part of the gearbox with a heat gun until the cover can be pried off using a spatula or similar tool.

Then remove the green pinion gear and replace it with a new one.
