Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons

What you need

  1. Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons, Back Case: step 1, image 1 of 3 Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons, Back Case: step 1, image 2 of 3 Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons, Back Case: step 1, image 3 of 3
    • Remove the five case screws with a Phillips #00 Screwdriver.

    • Five 3.5mm Phillips Screws

  2. Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons: step 2, image 1 of 1
    • Gently lift up the back cover and set aside.

  3. Replacing Sanyo VPC-X1200 Rear Buttons, Rear Buttons: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Use small plastic pry tool to gently remove rear button plate.

    • A heat gun may be used to soften the glue for easier removal.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
