• The front panel is just snapped in place. Insert a suitable tool into the gap and carefully pry off the panel.

• There is a retainer above the coffee spout. It is attached at the top with two pins (red circles) and at the bottom by two delicate plastic tabs.
• First, pull the two top pins from their holes.
• Then very carefully pull (and lift) out the holder together with the coffee spout at the bottom. The plastic tabs are fragile.

Step 3
• Remove the retainer from the coffee spout.
• Pull off the silicone hose.
• Pull the metal sleeves off the outlet nozzles.
• Now you can try flushing the coffee spout or replace it entirely.
