  3. Locate small silver gear in top left corner of film bay.

  4. Using a plastic opening tool, rotate gear downward until jam is cleared.

How do you know if the jam is cleared ? I have the same camera but the problem with mine is the shutter button. Every time I press the red and black one it won't make the noise or spit out the film unless I go one button behind. Although when I do that the photo comes out black. I think the two buttons or supposed to be together so when you press the red and black button the one behind it moves in sync. I really need help on fixing it and I'm not sure if what I said made any sense but I need help.
