This guide will show you how to remove and replace the screen for a Motorola V3c.

  • Remove the four rubber-like pieces, from all corners of the screen, from the surrounding area of the screen.

  • Carefully unscrew all four screws on the outer screen. So that you do not strip or damage the screws. Use a T4 screwdriver to complete this step.

Image 1/1: Separate the housing from the screen carefully as the screen and camera are only held by only two ribbons.

  • Pry the screen open using a plastic Uspudger, bending to harshly could cause cracks so take caution.

  • Take the screen housing off from the casing.

  • Pry screen cover off with plastic spudger

  • Remove small black sticker covering the camera ribbon connector

  • Flip over small hinge that cover the camera ribbon connection

  • Pull off the rubber camera cover and camera

  • Disconnect the metallic ribbon cover
