Remove the four rubber pieces from the surrounding area of the inner screen.
Pry the screen open using a plastic spudger,
Separate the housing from the screen carefully as the screen and camera are only held on by two ribbons
Take the screen housing off
A few small pieces may fall out during this step, so take care.
Pry screen cover off with plastic spudger
The screen cover has some adhesive holding it to the screen
Pull off the rubber camera cover and camera
The camera and camera cover may come off separately or together
