Introduction

In the event that the lens cover is not functioning properly, either permanently opened or closed, it is necessary to align it properly on its spring arm.

Image 1/3: Use the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to unscrew all 2.0mm (4 instances) and 4.0mm (2 instances) screws. Image 2/3: Use the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to unscrew all 2.0mm (4 instances) and 4.0mm (2 instances) screws. Image 3/3: Use the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to unscrew all 2.0mm (4 instances) and 4.0mm (2 instances) screws.
  • Locate and remove the silver screws on each side of the camera.

  • Use the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to unscrew all 2.0mm (4 instances) and 4.0mm (2 instances) screws.

  • Then, carefully pry apart the front and back outer casing away from the internal components.

  • Place the internal electronics face-up. Look at the side with the flash turned towards you.
